As CFO (2008-2012) and managing executive (2012-2015) of Absa Insurance [Barclays Group], Andries has been a partner to Innovation Group’s South African operation since 2008. He joined Innovation Group full time in June 2016, inspired by their vision for the future. He has a strong track record for improvement in core growth and underwriting margin improvement.
