Audi looks set to build on the success of its TT brand by expanding the range to include a four-door Sportback version.
Unveiled at the Paris Motor Show the TT Sportback concept shares many of its lines with the freshly launched third-generation Audi TT yet boasts a 120 mm longer wheelbase in order to accommodate the addition of rear doors. The concept car features laser high-beam headlights, a dual exhaust system and 21-inch alloy wheels.
Two individual rear seats are separated by a small centre console.
A 2,0-litre four-cylinder TFSI engine produces 294 kW and 450 N.m and is mated with a seven-speed S tronic transmission. Power is send to all four wheel via a latest-generation quattro drive system and Audi claims a 0-100 km/h sprint time of just 3,9-seconds.
