We have known since last year that Porsche is already working at speed on its upcoming, facelifted 911. We have spotted several test mules in South Africa – including Cape Town – and recently more and more test mules have been doing the rounds at the Nürburgring. We have even received details that all the new Carrera models could be turbocharged.
This latest video shows how Porsche’s test drivers are pushing the limits of a coupe and a cabriolet. Watch as they glide from one corner to the next, with even some corrective lock needed at one point.
The current Turbo S delivers 412 kW and 700 N.m, while the standard non-S Turbo delivers 383 kW and 660 N.m. Expect all of these figures to climb with the release of the new model.
The facelifted 991 Porsche 911 Turbo and Carrera models could make its debut at October’s Paris Motor Show, if not, early next year on the latest.
