The all-new Nissan Qashqai is set to be revealed in full at 15h00 UK time on November 7. In the meantime Nissan has issued the first official teaser image. Nissan describes the all-new Qashqai as “a model that will redefine the crossover sector and set new standards across the board”.
The teaser image doesn’t give much away but Nissan reveals that the car has been “reinvented from the ground up.” The highlighted areas on the picture show the curve of the roofline, the concave crease of in the flanks and prominent wheel arches.
This Qashqai will use a new platform that also underpins the new X-Trail which we saw at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The Qashqai is said to go on sale in early 2014.
Nissan South Africa envisage the car to land on our shores in the third quarter of 2014.
