When the Ferrari 360 F1 Modena was made available to CAR for a test in 1999, the then-members of the team remarked that it was a very special event to get such an opportunity. The result of the test was overwhelmingly positive with CAR saying that, “The 360 Modena positively oozes the sights, sounds and sensations that are everything you’d expect a supercar to be. Sometimes temperamental, when on song it is simply sublime.” This Prancing Horse was able to achieve a zero to 100 km/h sprint time of 4,98 seconds and CAR was able push its speedometer needle to 300 km/h (in safe test conditions).
