It is almost a year since Audi revealed its – estate version-only – RS4 Avant. Equipped with the 4,2-litre V8 engine, it produces 331 kW and 430 N.m. According to Audi, these figures are strong enough to power the car to 100 km/h in a brisk 4,7 seconds.
We can now confirm that the RS4 will retail in South Africa for R875 500, about R61 000 cheaper than its nearest rival, the torque-rich Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Estate.
Another new model from Audi this year is the Allroad. To start off with, Audi will offer the 2,0 TDI Quattro S tronic (R438 000) to South Africans, as well as the 2,0T FSI Quattro S tronic (R433 000).
Expects these models to be launched in the near future.
