Nissan South Africa has released pricing of its latest SUV, the new X-Trail. It now shares a similar family face compared to the new Nissan Qashqai, taking the overall design to a higher level compared to the outgoing, boxy X-Trail.
Nissan will be offering five model derivatives. The petrol range consists of the 2,0-litre XE, followed by the 2,5-litre XE 4WD CVT.
The turbodiesel range starts with the 1,6-litre DCI XE and the more expensive 1,6-litre DCI SE 4WD. The top of the range model is the 1,6-litre DCI LE 4WD.
All the cars come with a driver, passenger, side and curtain airbags. Wheels sizes range from 17- to 18-inch while fuel consumption starts at 5,1 L/100 km for the 1,6-litre DCI six-speed manual up to 8,3 L/100 km for both petrol derivatives according to Nissan.
