Lexus has released a teaser image of its new UX crossover, which is set to make its debut at the Geneva International Motor Show in March.
The new baby crossover ? previewed by the UX concept revealed back in 2016 ? will slot into the Lexus line-up below the NX. That means it?ll be fighting the likes of the BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA and Volvo XC40.
The teaser image suggests that the production version of the UX crossover will feature a one-piece rear lighting element adopted from the concept, albeit in vastly toned-down form.
Although engine options have yet to be revealed, expect the range to include both petrol and hybrid powertrains.
Interestingly, some reports suggest the new UX will ultimately replace the CT200h as the Japanese brand?s entry-level product, with sales of the hybrid hatchback dwindling.
