Images of the all-new Aston Martin Lagonda sedan, which will make its international debut next year, have just been released by the Gaydon-based manufacturer.
We first got a glimpse of what the Lagonda was going to look nearly three months ago and while specific details are still unknown, it’s believed that carbon fibre features prominently in the 5,4 metre-long sedan’s construction.
Overall, the exterior isn’t too far off what we’ve already seen with the other sedan in Aston Martin’s line-up, the Rapide – but these images also reveal a beautiful cabin that’s reportedly the handiwork of the company’s Q division. The interior features plenty of stitched leather and fine wood, but it looks like the rear seat passengers have the best seats in the, uh… car.
Apparently the Lagonda uses Aston Martin’s tried and tested 6,0-litre V12 engine and is good for a near 300 km/h top speed.
The Lagonda is set to be produced in an extremely limited run, with some reports suggesting less than 100 units. To make matters worse for Aston Martin die-hards, it seems that the Lagonda will only be sold in the Middle East.
