Porsche 718 Cayman and Boxster teaser [video]

Only days after Porsche confirmed that its new, four-cylinder Boxster and Cayman models will be called the 718, Porsche has released a teaser video for these two models.

Trying to attach a level of heritage to these models, the video illustrates the racing history of the original four-cylinder 718.
According to reports, although this has not been confirmed by Porsche, these flat-four cylinder turbo engines will be 2,0-litre and 2,5-litres in size. Power output will range from 179 kW to 224 kW, and 276 kW in the more powerful GTS versions.

Needless to say, if you want a naturally-aspirated Cayman or Boxster model you better make a plan to acquire one asap.
