Think there’s more to be squeezed out of the already extreme Lamborghini Huracán Performante? Well, so do the folks over at Novitec, who have created package that adds a few aerodynamic components and minor (for now) performance upgrades.
The standard Performante’s aerodynamic setup is a marvel on its own, but Novitec has decided to fettle it nonetheless. Replacing the standard parts are tailor-made components that were apparently fine-tuned in a wind tunnel and fashioned from carbon-fibre, as on the standard model.
Then there are the 20-inch front and 21-inch rear Novitec NL3 forged alloy wheels, that can be fitted with a centre lock. The custom alloys are shod in Pirelli P-Zero tyres and accompanied by a set of sports springs to lower the ride height by 35 mm.
The naturally aspirated 5,2-litre V10 planted in the middle of the Huracán Performante remains untouched at 470 kW and 600 N.m of torque, but Novitec says that an engine tuning programme is currently under development. Regardless, this package does include a stainless steel sports exhaust system (which can optionally be ordered in lightweight ‘Inconel’). The German tuner has not revealed how much power this adds.
For those who want a custom interior for their Performante, note that Novitec offers this service at an additional cost.
