[Jaguar News] Patent pictures of a hardtop version of the Jaguar F-Type have emerged on the Internet.
The images were pounced upon by the folks at Auto Motor und Sport and while they appear to have been enhanced, they do ratify Jaguar global brand director Adrian Hallmark’s earlier assertion that the firm “certainly won’t stick to just a convertible [F-Type]. If you get a convertible right, it’s easy to do a coupé.”
In addition to a coupé, Jaguar is also said to be exploring the possibility of adding an AWD variant, as well as exploring the possibility of a four-cylinder model utilising a version of the 177 kW 2,0-litre turbopetrol from the Evoque.
