Land Rover South Africa has confirmed that a new Design Pack created by Jaguar Land Rover Special Vehicle Operations for the standard wheelbase Range Rover is now being offered in SA.
Available to order locally (we’re awaiting confirmation of the price), the new SVO Design Pack includes a handful of exterior updates, from unique front and rear bumpers (the latter framing quad tailpipes) to new side vents, side sills and a bespoke grille.
The British automaker says the dealer-fitted package was “designed, engineered and tested” in-house at its new SVO Technical Centre in Coventry. It can be specified regardless of trim level and even if other exterior styling packs have already been fitted.
Interestingly, Land Rover is prepared to apply the package to any standard wheelbase current-generation Range Rover produced from 2013.
