A short while ago, teenage F1 sensation Max Verstappen bought himself a Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Not a bad daily drive, right?
Well, during a press conference before the recent Hungary GP, the news prompted a journalist to quiz the six assembled drivers on their road cars.
Force India driver Sergio Perez told journalists that he uses a Ferrari 458 as his primary mode of transport. Marcus Ericsson of Sauber revealed that he has a Porsche Panamera.
Williams driver Felipe Massa said he “has a few Ferraris”, including a LaFerrari and an F40. Nico Rosberg added that he drives a Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda, before Verstappen confirmed that he has indeed purchased a 911 GT3 RS.
And Toro Rosso driver Carlos Sainz? “I have a Golf,” he said, much to the amusement of some of his peers.
