As the day draws closer to the World FIA RX finale, which will take place at Killarney right here in South Africa, Gumtree (one of SA’s most popular classified websites) has signed on as headline sponsor for the event.
The deal between Gumtree and RX includes advertising and promotional benefits as well as onsite activation rights, track branding rights, content creation and various hospitality packages.
The highly anticipated event, a first for sub-Saharan Africa and the only new addition from last year’s calendar, will take place from the 10th to the 12th of November. Tickets are already on sale.
The new rallycross track is about a third of the size of the main circuit. Basing itself around turn two and three, the track comprises gravel and tarmac surfaces with a jump in between.
