After surviving the economic slump both locally and abroad, Ssangyong’s ageing product line-up has been boosted with the introduction of an impressively-packaged, unibody-based, compact crossover, the Korando.
Crossover or compact SUV? Its six or half a dozen as far as the new SsangYong Korando’s concerned. Launched in South Africa in 2,0 CRDi 4×2 manual guise and with a competitive price tag in March 2011, its arrival will be followed by 4×4, automatic and petrol derivatives in due course.
