Bryce Menzies has ramped his Pro2 race truck some 115,64 metres over a ghost town in New Mexico, setting a new Guinness World Record in the process.
After months of testing, Menzies completed the record jump, beating Tanner Foust’s 101,2 metre effort of 2011.
Menzies believed he had more in him, and planned to break his own record soon after setting it. However, he crashed during a practice run and broke his shoulder, putting paid to any more leaping action.
