Double cab sales figures: Ranger back in the lead

The model-specific sales figures are in and for the first time in a long time, the Ford Ranger is in the lead. 

Following a difficult February, which saw a huge dip in overall sales in the LCV department, Toyota took the overall lead in terms of sales volume. You can read all about that by following the link below:

When it comes to double cabs, Ford is currently in the lead. Not just for February, but overall for the year 2020 so far. In February Ford sold 1300 double cabs, while Toyota sold 1263 double cabs. The combined tally for double cabs currently stands at 2651 units for Ford and 2640 for Toyota. Only 11 units between the two…

Isuzu had another difficult month, with only 549 double cabs finding new homes. That means it’s currently trailing behind Nissan’s NP300 Hardbody, which found 661 new homes this month.

The Scorpio Pik Up double cab sold 77 units, comfortably outselling the likes of the Fiat Fullback (20 units), Mazda BT50 (15 units) and Mitsubishi Triton (40 units).

Nissan sold a total of 146 Navaras in February, ending the month closely behind the VW Amarok, which found 165 new homes.
