Ford has introduced a facelifted EcoSport in Europe.
On the inside there’s a new steering wheel and new chrome trimmings. Titanium models also get partial leather seats, while a new winter pack can be specified and this includes heated seats, windscreen and side mirrors.
The standard features will be increased in the coming months and will eventually include a reverse camera and navigation.
The ride height has been reduced by 10mm to improve handling.
All of the engines have been carried over, but the 1,5-litre turbocharged diesel develops slightly more power while using less fuel.
It’s not yet clear when this facelift will arrive in SA.
