Holden Announces Changes to Colorado and Colorado7

By: CAR magazine

Australian company Holden has announced some updates to its Colorado and Colorado7.

Of course, we don’t get the Colorado or Colorado7 in South Africa. Instead, we get the Isuzu KB and Chevrolet Trailblazer. But from the pictures above it should be airily obvious that these are essentially the exact same vehicles.

The Colorado bakkie gets what the company calls a new “comfort suspension”, which boasts retuned springs and dampers and a stiffer front stabilizer bar.

On the inside, the dashboard, centre console and door panels get new black trim. There’s also new piano-black accents on the steering wheel and centre stack.

Finally, the Hill Descent Control (HDC) and Hill Start Assist (HSA) systems have been updated.

Will any of these changes make it into the KB and Trailblazer? Doubtful, but we’ll have to wait and see…
