Jeep has unveiled a spectacular collection of concept cars, ranging from combustion engines to electric iterations, to be driven off-road for the annual Jeep Easter Safari.
Jeep refers to Moab as their “home away from home”, and between the 1st to the 9th of April the American manufacturer is bringing home seven specialised, modified models of their various iconic off-roaders, to crawl through the hellish rocks of eastern Utah.
“Every year, more than 20,000 Jeep enthusiasts descend on Moab, Utah, for Easter Jeep Safari to drive in the most extreme off-road conditions, where our engineers continue to push the capability of our Jeep vehicles to next levels,” said Jim Morrison, senior vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “It’s the perfect place to showcase our seven new Jeep concepts, because it’s with these Jeep enthusiasts that we’ll be able to push the limits even more and get their feedback on where they want to take the Jeep brand into the future.”

In line with Jeep’s “Zero Emission Freedom” project, four of the vehicles sport electric powertrains, and in line with the treacherous terrain, every model has been fitted with aftermarket off-roading gear, courtesy of Jeep Performance Parts (JPP).
These eye-catching off-roaders are all based on a piece of Jeep’s history, both recent and old. Take a look at the models that will be hitting the rocks over Easter, and how they were resto-modded or reimagined.
