The race is on to build the world’s fastest SUV and the latest contestant to enter the ring is the Lister LFP.
It looks familiar, because it’s based on the Jaguar F-Pace SVR, which is already no slouch.
Power is up from just over 400kW to 500kW and only 250 will ever be built.
No top speed has been claimed yet, but the standard F-Pace SVR can achieve 283km/h, so an additional 100kW should be able to push that to around 320km/h.
