In this “exclusive” sneak peek into the local production of the latest Ranger, Ford SA says the video highlights the company’s unwavering commitment to leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and upholding meticulous quality standards during the assembly process.
Thanks to a substantial investment in the facility in 2022, manufacturing capacity increased significantly, enabling the automaker to roll out — from its Silverton plant — as many as 200 000 Rangers annually. That’s 720 models per day – the equivalent of a new vehicle leaving the production line every two minutes.
