Updated Macan now with four-cylinder power

By: CAR magazine

The updated Porsche Macan was showcased at the Paris Motor Show, sporting a brand-new four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine.

It’s a powerful unit, however, so no need to worry about performance. It has 180kW and 370Nm of torque, which is good for a 0-100km/h sprint time of 6.7 seconds.

The facelift also introduces a larger infotainment system and a bunch of new optional extras, including a rather sexy steering wheel and a new adaptive cruise control system.

No release date for South Africa has been set.
