The Dodge Journey was close to its first service at the unusual mileage of 12 000 km. I made an on-line booking at around 11 400 km for two weeks later knowing that I would still be just under 12 000 km.
A week later a message appeared on the display advising me that an oil change was due and that I should contact my dealer. Nice touch to remind people not tuned into their vehicles!
Friendly reception, offer of a shuttle to work and a very classy showroom made it a pleasant experience with phone calls to confirm that the car was ready. There was a very slight judder on the front brakes only noticeable on a smooth road so the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Century City dealer decided to replace the discs and pads.
The car was thouroughly cleaned and even though it was a stormy day, they must have spent extra time cleaning the interior as there is a lot of carpeting there. An ideal time to take some interior shots as well!
