Esteemed British coachbuilder Mulliner will debut their Bentley Mulliner Batur at the prestigious Monterey Car Week which kicks off on Friday.
Following the highly successful Bacalar project, which has the limited production run edge ever closer to completion at the time of writing, coachbuilder Mulliner have announced that their next project will debut on the shores of Monterey from this weekend. Being part of the Bentley family, the oldest coachbuilding company is synonymous with exclusive grand tourers centred around excellence and handcrafted perfection.

Details are scarce of the new Batur although Bentley states that the newcomer will be far more than just a Bacalar successor. That is because the model will portray an all-new design language for the Crewe based automaker to the crowds of Monterey. With news of this, we should expect a design language and aesthetic that still retains the class and exclusivity of existing Bentley models but with the Mulliner touch. That being said, the Batur design language will define Bentley’s future range of EVs so it could be a significant shift into the future.
Like the Bacalar, the Batur is named after a natural body of water in Indonesia. The Bentley Mulliner Batur will be revealed to the world at 05:00 CAT on Sunday, the 21st of August.
