The folks over at tuning company Performmaster has handed the Mercedes-Benz GLE 63 S more power and upgraded performance.
Seen here, the modified Mercedes-AMG SUV’s 4,0-litre V8 has been equipped with a PEC tuning module. Fitted with this under-the-bonnet upgrade, the GLE 63 S’s twin-turbocharged eight-cylinder motor produces a whopping 524 kW and 965 N.m of torque for a zero to 100 km/h sprint time two tenths of a second less than the standard model.
The tuned GLE 63 S completes the obligatory sprint in 3,6 seconds (compared to the donor car’s standard claimed time of 3,8 seconds). As a reminder, the standard GLE 63 S produces 450 kW and 850 N.m. In addition, owing to Vbox elimination, the GLE 63 seen here has a claimed top speed of 300 km/h.
