Renault South Africa looks set for a busy 2020, with the local arm of the French firm confirming it plans to launch at least five new or facelifted models locally next year.
So, what’s on the cards, and when? Well, the new seven-seater Triber (check out our early driving impression here) will be the first to arrive in South Africa, either late in January or early in February. This model is set to do battle with the likes of Datsun’s Go+.
The facelifted Mégane (which, interestingly, has yet to be revealed on the global stage) is pencilled in for a local launch in March, while the flagship Mégane RS Trophy could either arrive at around the same time or indeed later in the year.
We can also expect to see the facelifted Koleos hit local dealership in March 2020, a mere 13 months after the nameplate made a return to SA shores. Next comes the all-new Clio hatchback in about April, with the box-fresh Captur hot on its heels in around June.
