Carnival City will be laying on a spread for the Carnival City 400, the final round of the Absa Off Road Championship, which takes place on November 19 and 20.
There will be ample food and beverages on sale at various outlets dotted around the stadium off road course, which is situated on the complex. The stadium facility will be the focal point of the event with the Prologue that gets underway at 12h00 on Friday, November 19 bound to be a major attraction. The start, finish and designated service point will also be located on site on Saturday.
“There has been much interest from companies wishing to hire VIP hospitality facilities,” said co-ordinator Charmaine Fortune. “Last year over 1500 VIP guests were treated to some fine fare and an awesome spectacle and we expect to exceed this number in November.”
The main event, which consists of three laps of a 135km route, starts at 08h00 on Saturday, November 20 and the first motor vehicle is expected to finish at 13h30.
