As Peugeot’s return date with Pikes Peak nears Sebastian Loeb has been out getting familiar with his 650 kW 208 T16 on Mount Venoux in France.
We’re loving not only the exhaust note of the ultimate 208 but also the final livery of the car. Where previously Red Bull sponsorship had dominated the paintwork, the final product features neat references to Peugeot’s racing heritage.
Spoiler alert. At the 5:15 mark in this video the 208 T16 is joined on the road by the Pikes Peak legend, Ari Vatanen’s 405 T16. Enjoy!
