Motorsport fans are now able to buy their tickets for the revolutionary WesBank Raceway from Computicket. Spectators can purchase their tickets in a variety of ways, online at www.computicket.com or by calling the call centre on (011) 340 8000 or 083 915 8000, those people on the MTN network can call 083 131 or at one of 69 Computicket outlets countrywide. –
– The necessity of Computicket’s services was vital, with the opening blast-off of the Raceway on 26 and 27 July, to cater for drivers and fans from all over the country who can now purchase tickets in their own towns. –
– “We have already sold 12 000 tickets to the Ford Motor Company as they will be celebrating their centennial to co-incide with the opening of the Raceway. The agreement with Computicket has taken a huge burden of our shoulders when it comes to ticketing and ticketing enquiries and we are confident that their expertise in this field will only enhance the experience of visiting WesBank Raceway,” said the CEO of WesBank Raceway Peter Lindenberg. –
– Spectators will have a choice of purchasing stadium seats for R20, on the 7,000 seater main stadium, on the 4,600-seater SASCAR grandstands or for the small 2,800-seater stadium at the 400m Buddy Fuller short oval. This is in addition to the R40 entrance fee. Each seat and ticket will be individually allocated and numbered. –
– A season ticket for a specific seat on the main stadium goes for R950. All prices exclude VAT. –
– WesBank Raceway is set to send pulses racing and Computicket will ensure that a seat close to the action is always within reach. –
