Mercedes-Benz V-Class gets added presence and ‘Black Crystal’ badge!

American tuning company Larte Design has lifted the wraps off the Black Crystal, a modified Mercedes-Benz V-Class sporting extra kit and, to “emphasise the status” of the luxury van even more, Swarovski crystals.

The model you see here features an exterior finished in two-tone colour scheme, with the silver and matte-grey paintwork separated by a red accent line stretching from the revised, carbon-fibre grille to the rear of the car. The grille can also be specified in a matte hue. Here, the Three-pointed Star’s emblem has been ditched for the tuner’s horseshoe item. An updated front bumper, featuring a set of foglamps and the aforementioned Swarovski crystals, has furthermore been fitted.

Walk round the German premium van and you’ll notice the new door sills and fresh multi-spoke alloys. Complementing the front design, the rear has been equipped with a new bumper with an integrated brake light and rhomboid stainless-steel tailpipes, the latter resembling those found on numerous AMG performance cars.

Signifying this is a special Benz, the “Black Crystal” badge has been added at the rear. As the package includes only cosmetic changes, no tweaks have been made to the engine.
