The first spy pictures of Bentley’s upcoming SUV have been caught on camera in the Alps. This comes after a teaser image and video were recently revealed by Bentley.
Analysing the pictures, the new SUV looks a lot closer to a Bentley than the first concept model. Up front is the huge grille with the double lights on either side. At the rear we have the rounded lights and below that the oval tail pipes.
The VW Group’s SUV platform will not only do duty for the Bentley, but also for the upcoming Audi Q7 as well as Lamborghini’s Urus.
This Bentley SUV could have both the company’s V8 and V12 engines powering the super luxurious high-rider. There is also a good chance that it will be Bentley’s first plug-in hybrid in its range with even a turbodiesel being considered.
Expect an official launch date of 2016, while pricing will be comfortably above your top Range Rover.
