Nissan SA has launched a limited special edition of the Almera in celebration of the Proudly South African-endorsed saloon’s sales success in the C segment of the market.
Since its introduction in 2001, the Almera has become the second-best selling saloon in the C segment of the market and to mark the achievement, the Rosslyn-based company has introduced a Special Edition model – which will be available in three colours: Gold Rush, Red and White.
Based on the 1,6 Luxury model, the Special Edition has a combined leather/cloth upholstery, Aerotouch black carpeting, colour-coded boot side and front spoiler, colour-coded side moulding, stainless steel exhaust end pipe, a rear mudguard set and a Bluetooth hands-free cell phone kit.
The new Almera Special Edition will be available in five-speed manual only and costs R153 700.
