Set to replace the Tucson compact SUV in late April, the Hyundai ix35 is an all-new take on one of the most popular models from the Koran manufacturer. Featuring stylish new design, three new engines (2,0-litre and 2,4-litre petrol, as well as a 2,0-litre turbodiesel), and a choice of manual and automatic transmissions to go with rear or four-wheel drive, the only thing we can hope for with the ix35 is that customers don’t opt for the extremely popular grey that its predecessor is almost always seen in.
