Kia has released a series of teaser images of what it describes as a “racy new urban concept” that outlines the firm’s future design language.
The as-yet-unnamed concept sports a sports coupe/crossover body style with a deep, aggressive front bumper and wide wheel arches. The now-signature “Tiger Nose” grille treatment is still evident in this concept, the other stylistic treatments to the nose and tail could well hint at the aesthetic direction in which future Kia models are headed.
The general expectation centres on such visual cues being drawn into the next-generation Sportage and Soul models, but there is also a chance that the Kia concept could potentially preview a model to rival the likes of the Nissan Juke and Mini Paceman.
More details will emerge closer to the concept’ official debut in Geneva on March 5th.
