As the North American International Auto Show – also known as the Detroit Show – gets underway today, the inevitable leak of official images begins with a peek at the Infiniti Q50 saloon.
The Infiniti Q50 saloon will be the first model to be rolled out as part of the firm’s renamed line-up.
As can be expected, no official details or specifications have been made available, but we can expect the Q50 to be offered in both petrol and diesel-engined derivatives. It is also likely that the best part of the Q50 range will consist of engines currently offered in the rest of the Infiniti range.
The Q50, as shown in the pictures, represents a rather aggressive front design, while the grille fits in perfectly with the rest of the Infiniti range.
We can gather from the interior pictures that the infotainment system has been updated with what looks like a very elaborate touchscreen in the middle of the facia.
More details will emerge closer to the car’s official unveiling.
