These images of the upcoming facelifted Ford Ranger has surfaced on the Internet. According to the source these are the official patent images.
It is clear from the images that the Ford Ranger will again be available in a single-, double- and extended cab variants.
Previously pictures have shown that the most significant exterior update to the Ford Ranger will be the front of the car, and these pictures confirm it. The entire nose section, headlights and bumper assembly are all new. These pictures also give us a better idea what a standard Ranger will look like, compared to the high-spec version we have seen last year.
The interior of the car will also receive a few updates along with the new SYNC2 infotainment system. Small updates will also be made to some of the engine derivatives, although we won’t expect to see an all-new engine.
Expect the new Ranger to become available in South Africa during the second half of the year.
