With the 2013 Geneva Motor Show just around the corner, Peugeot has released details of its Nissan Juke rival, the 2008.
The 2008 is longer (2oo mm) and wider (50 mm) than the 208 on which it is based and as a result boasts a slightly roomier cabin and larger luggage area. Additional ground clearance, together with some beefed-up cladding on the bumpers and side sills, add a sense of adventure to the package.
Like the 208, the new crossover will feature a touchscreen multimedia monitor as well as head-up display.
The 2008 is set be launched in South Africa in the first quarter of 2014 and will likely include an engine lineup mimicking that of the local 208 range.
