Delta Motor Corporation has started delivery of a limited edition Corsa Utility 1,6i Rogue.
For motorists looking for a lot more than basic transport in the half-ton market, Delta has launched the limited edition Corsa Utility 1,6i Rogue
The unit is powered by the Opel 1,6-litre powerplant and provides power and performance unequalled in this category of vehicle with 75 kW and 139 Nm of torque.
“The introduction of this model follows closely on the launch of the Opel Corsa three-door 1,4i Chill,” explains Ian Nicholls, Delta Director of Sales and Marketing.
“The Rogue will be priced at R108 300 and, recognising the ‘work hard, rugged look’ character of the vehicle, we are confident that this addition to the Corsa range will continue to build on the brand character,” said Nicholls.
The unit is fitted with an engine sump guard, a high-ride package, front bull bar, front driving lamps, body side striping package and a rollover bar. The pick-up box is fitted with a rubber mat, and stylish new-design 14” alloy road wheels with 185/65 HR 14 tyres are standard, with a unique omnicast badge completing the exterior look.
The driver’s sports seat is height adjustable, and seats are trimmed in jacquard cloth. Interior appointments include a digital radio with a front-loading CD player withremote display.
A digital clock, an ambient temperature gauge and rev counter are also included as standard.
Additional OE features include power steering, air-conditioning, wide black body side mouldings and a roof spoiler.
To add to the overall appeal, the unit is available in the full range of all production colours and has a rear sliding window and tinted glass.
The Rogue has dual side impact protection bars and is wired for easy cellphone installation.
