Dr Georg Flandorfer, Prof Wilfried Bockelman and Sakumzi (Saki) Macozoma (pictured right) have been appointed to Volkswagen SA’s (VWSA) Board of Directors.
Two of the new appointments, Dr Flandorfer and Prof Bockelman, are members of the Board of Management of Audi AG and Volkswagen AG respectively, replacing Dr Franz-Josef Paefgen and Dr Martin Winterkorn, both of whom have moved on to other assignments within the Volkswagen Group, a VWSA spokesman said.

Court, as one of two South African Non-Executive Directors at VWSA.
Macozoma brings to the Volkswagen SA Board a wealth of experience in the business and political community.
Apart from New Africa Investments Limited, he is also the deputy chairman of Standard Bank, chairman of Hertz, chairman of Iliso

He is also a council member of the Robben Island Committee, the University of the Witwatersrand, Rhodes University, Medunsa and the University of South Africa. He was also Managing Director of Transnet.
