Another week, another off-beat drag race courtesy of the industrious folks over at CarWow in the United Kingdom.
This time, the contenders are three turbodiesel double-cab bakkies. But to make things interesting, fourth, naturally aspirated petrol-powered pick-up in the shape of the Ford F-150 Raptor has been added to the mix.
The three remaining participants are the four-pot Ford Ranger Raptor, the Mercedes-Benz X-Class (in six-cylinder X350d guise) and the Volkswagen Amarok V6.
We don’t want to give anything away, so we’ll leave you to watch the video above, which includes a drag race, a race from a rolling start and a brake test.
