The demand for classic trucks is not just limited to aesthetics, buyers are willing to pay a premium for modern upgrades that enhance comfort and performance.

The auction at Montecasino features a diverse selection of American classic bakkies with models spanning over 90 years of automotive design. Among the top picks are a 1942 Ford Jailbar bakkie, a 1958 Chevrolet Apache, a 1955 Chevrolet 3 100 bakkie, a 1948 GMC and a 1960 Chevrolet El Camino. These Restomods combine classic aesthetics with modern performance enhancements, making them highly sought after by collectors.
Interest in the auction has been global, with inquiries coming in from over 40 countries. The sale will be conducted as a hybrid digital and live event, allowing bidders from around the world to participate in real-time.
