The Mercedes-Maybach S680 v12 4MATIC is the pinnacle of automotive luxury performance saloons. The variant wearing the Edition 100 badge was built by Maybach to celebrate 100 years of automotive manufacturing and one of these models has been auctioned for R6,9 million with proceeds going towards Gift of the Givers.

On the inside, there are crystal white and silver grey quilted leather seats, a rear seat entertainment system that comes with a detachable tablet that allows control of all the screens in the car, including the 4D Burmester sound system. Private jet tables easily fold in and out for passengers needing to work and the interior of the Edition 100’ boasts an automatic door feature; with a press of a button, the door will open or close all by itself. Everything about this opulent land yacht just screams luxury and splendour.
