Lewis Hamilton spent some of the four-week Formula One mid-season break in Namibia before moving on to Kenya.
After arriving in Namibia last Tuesday, the seven-time world champion reportedly took a chartered flight to Sossusvlei, one of Namibia’s most breathtaking landmarks.
“Could not think of a better place to spend this time off,” Hamilton wrote on social media, expressing his appreciation for his time in the countryside. Hamilton reportedly flew to Kenya in two private planes before landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. According to officials, he left for the Maasai Mara Reserve to observe the ongoing Great Migration.
Hamilton recently finished 2nd at the Hungarian Grand Prix and is currently #6th on the 2022 F1 standings.
