Limited to only 50 cars worldwide, the Rolls-Royce Dawn Silver Bullet is inspired by the spirit of the roadsters of the 1920s and as Rolls-Royce call it, “a modern interpretation of the heady, irreverent attitude of that decade.”
Of course, it wasn’t likely to take much time for Mansory to announce a range of modifications for the Dawn Silver Bullet, in this case what they refer to as a “softkit”. The softkit essentially entails add-on body parts in carbon which can be ordered and fitted individually. These include a front lip, rear apron, side skirts a, front and rear flaps, newly designed brackets for the daytime running lights and a discreet spoiler lip for the tailgate. Excluded from the softkit are interior modifications, however all other Mansory interior modifications designed for the Dawn and Wraith are available for the Silver Bullet, too.
As with all Mansory packages, the softkit for the Dawn Silver Bullet covers three main areas: design, wheels, and performance enhancements.
In the way of wheels and tyres, the Dawn Silver Bullet has been fitted with 22-inch “V.6” alloy wheels in “Black Diamond” or “Black Glossy”, available to the Wraith, too. These are shod with 265/30/22 and 295/35/22 tyres, and if customers so wish, the rims can also be specially painted in any colour the client could imagine. Mansory note that “the “V.6” rim type was chosen to enhance the appearance of the two Rolls-Royce models (Dawn and Wraith) in a sporting and elegant manner.”
By way of a modified ECU, the Wraith’s 6,6-litre twin-turbocharged V12 has been ramped up to 544 kW and 1 000 N.m, allowing for a 0-100 km/h sprint in just 4,5 seconds and a top speed of 285 km/h.
Just in case you were wondering, the combined fuel consumption is 16,7 l/100km…
