3D Design has revealed its full customisation catalogue for the current BMW 4 Series Coupe with parts that can be applied to the front, side and rear. All parts provided by the Japanese custom design firm make use of carbon construction and can be attached to the panels of the M-Sport spec model.
At the front, 3D Design has kept the 4 Series’s large kidney grille the focus of the look by applying a front splitter with two inlets that guide air underneath the body. For a more prominent look, a pair of under splitters can be fitted to either side of the apron.
At the side, 3D Design has fitted a side skirt that is complemented by a 20-inch Type III forged alloy wheel which can be finished in a number of different shades. At the rear, a splitter is attached to the boot of the 4 Series.
While no additional power is provided to the engine, 3D Design does offer a stainless steel exhaust system with control valves which it has developed in conjunction with Arqray. The design firm insists that this product is not a re-labelled product but a totally new design that has been developed for sound and design, specifically to the demands and character of its company principles.
Revisions to the interior are just as subtle with 3D Design offering a set of aluminium sports pedals, a sports steering wheel with larger steering-mounded paddle shifters, which can be had in aluminium or carbon fibre, and custom branded floor mats.
All of the above mentioned parts can also be applied to the BMW 4 Series Convertible.
