ABT Sportsline has continued its 125th birthday celebration with an extreme package for the Audi RS Q8, featuring modifications to the engine as well as cosmetic changes inside and out.

Fittingly, just 125 units will be produced.

Using the Ingolstadt-based firm's twin-turbo 4,0-litre V8 as a base, ABT has upped the standard peak outputs of 441 kW and 800 N.m of torque to 544 kW and 920 N.m by means of its in-house-developed engine control unit and a specially designed intercooler. This results in a 0-100 km/h time of 3,4 seconds, says the tuner, while the top speed can be optionally increased to 315 km/h. A stainless-steel exhaust system with 102 mm tailpipes is also part of the deal.

An aero package that includes a pair of front skirt add-ons, a front lip, side-mirror caps, side skirts, wheelhouse ventilation, fender extensions, a rear diffuser and a rear spoiler add visual drama. All parts are finished in carbon-fibre. Rounding off the refreshed appearance is a set of 23-inch ABT High Performance HR alloys wrapped in Continental SportContact 6 295/35 R23 tyres.

In the cabin, ABT has included branding for the sports steering wheel, start-stop switch cap and gear-selector cover. Elements along the armrest, centre console and seats have been tweaked, too. Lastly, plaques signifying the vehicle's build number are inserted along the door sills and carpets.
