The Alfa Romeo Stelvio GT Junior edition has been unveiled as a tribute to the GT 1300 which was a sportscar icon of the 1960s. Homage is paid via a unique colour scheme applied to the SUV as well as a number of custom details.
Based on the Veloce specification, the Alfa Romeo Stelvio GT Junior edition is covered with the brand’s Ocher Lipari colour which is contrasted by a set of 21-inch light alloy wheels with five holes. The interior has been kitted out with electrically adjustable leather seats that feature a distinctive “GT Junior” embroidery on the front headrests, as well as specific stitching, while on the dashboard there is an embroidery and silhouette of the GT 1300 Junior.
The Alfa Romeo Stelvio GT Junior is powered by the brand’s turbodiesel 2,2-litre four-cylinder will which delivers 154 kW and 470 N.m of torque. Key standard features included in the package consist of front parking sensors, the wireless charger and an automatically operated tailgate. darkened rear windows, the noise reduction pack, the dark miron mirror caps and the LED fog lights.
The GT 1300 Junior began production in 1966 and sold almost 100 000 units.
