Serving as the top of their respective ranges, Alfa Romeo’s new Tributo Italiano for the Giulia, Stelvio and Tonale imparts the highest level of sophistication and style to the monikers.

Accompanying the announcement of the first global special series in the lineup are images of the Giulia, Stelvio and Tonale parading around the iconic Southern Italian town of Matera in Basilicata. Tributo Italiano, distinguished from their standard offerings by virtue of their two-tone livery with a black roof, and body-coloured mouldings while each model is further accentuated by intricate details.

The Giulia and Stelvio boast a black scudetto grille and 19-inch and 21-inch rims respectively while the entry-level Tonale SUV features a Dark Miron grille and 20-inch rims on each corner, concealing Brembo brake calipers on each. The Tonale is further accentuated by skid plates and side/front accents coloured in the same hue as the grille.

Inside, the Tributo Italiano models feature black leather sports seats with red detailing and the Alfa Romeo grille embroidered onto the headrest while a 14-speaker Harmon Kardon system handles sound duties. The Tonale also boasts a carbon design dashboard fascia.

Being a cosmetic update, the lineup of motors remains unchanged meaning the Giulia and Stelvio feature a 2,0-litre turbocharged petrol motor or a 2,2-litre turbocharged diesel mill, both linked to an 8-speed automatic transmission and delivering the power via a Q4 all-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive configuration. The Tonale includes the same 1,5-litre hybrid powertrain from before, mated to a 7-speed TCT automatic transmission.

Buyers can opt to spec the Tributo Italiano models exclusive in the three colours of the Italian flag; Rosso Alfa, Verde Montreal and Bianco Alfa.
